Garry from Newcastle upon Tyne spent just 7 months in his little shed over winter but managed to create this masterpiece.
In that short time he removed the engine rebuilt the top end and reset the clearances added some velocity stacks and jetted the carbs to suit.
Modified the frame to accept a custom made fiberglass seat unit professionally covered in MotoGP friction vinyl. Garry says it’s very comfortable. He frenched in some Led tail lights with built in indicators, fitted some under chassis led show lights and had the Frame powder coated satin grey.
Garry also had swing arm hydrodipped in carbon effect to match the lower tree clamp and steel undertray, modified the top tree to accept the tell tale lights and made a custom clock surround.
He added clip-on bars and bar end indicators and also made two different modular front lighting boards (I guess he couldn’t decide which looked best).
To power everything up he has used an very small easily concealable Shorai lithium battery.
And for security and convenience he fitted a Motogadget m-lock ignition with rfid chip for starting.
He opted for some Continental tkc80 tyres.
We think Garry has done a fantastic job on his bike and so do others as he has won a few awards from bike shows.
So well done Garry and thank you for sending this to us.
